ISARCS

ISARCS is a new symposium in the area of architectural design for dependable, safe and secure systems, which would be an exclusive forum for exchanging views on the theory and practice for architecting critical systems. A critical system is characterized by the perceived severity of consequences that system failures may cause. In that respect, in addition to appropriate development methods, techniques and tools, a critical system also requires the provision of assurances that it is able to fulfil its specified service.

ISARCS is part of CompArch, a federated conference series bringing together researchers and practitioners from Component-Based Software Engineering and Software Architecture.

The 2nd edition of ISARCS has been held in Boulder, Colorado (USA), on June 20-24 2011.
The 1st edition of ISARCS has been held in Prague (Czech Republic), on June 23-25 2010.
